Terms of Service

General

- Credit me whenever you use my art on social media.- If you intend to use my Art for profit or in any commercial way (selling prints, badges
, etc..) there will be additionnal fees stated in my commission prices.- I reserved the right to back out of a commission at anytime and for any reason.- Please stay polite while we work together, if you make me feel uncomfortable I may back out of your commission ^{(I can handle small jokes, just don't be rude).}

Payment infos

I only take payment through PAYPAL and Ko-fi.PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- pay everything upfront.
- pay half of the payment upfront and the other half after the sketch.
- Pay everything after the sketch.Note: Please tell me how you want to proceed in DM.REFUNDS:
- I will give you a 20% refund if you back out after you've validated the sketch. ^{(you'll get the unfinished piece).}
- If you back out when I am near the end of the drawing you will not get any refund, and will get the unfinished piece.
- If I am the one to back out when I'm not finished, I'll give a 50% refund of the original price. ^{(you'll get the unfinished piece).}
- I will not give any refund in the case I have to back out because of you being insulting or making me extremely uncomfortable.

Commissions

- To order a commission, you'll need at least a flatcolored image of the OC you want me to draw in the format you want. ^{(Ex: if you order a shaded bust, you'll need to provide at least a flatcolor bust of your OC).} Of course this doesn't apply to refsheet commissions (I still need a flat fullbody at least).- I don't accept deadlines of any kind, I'll send WIPs as regularly as I can and when requested but I will decline every commission request with a deadline. Be patient, I'll finish your art eventually ^^- I'm only accepting commission if you are an adult(18+ y/o). I don't accept commissions from parents.- I accept full NSFW commissions but you must be over 18 y/o. I'll DM examples as I'm not publicly sharing it.- Looking for a specific format for an artwork like something you could fit into a badge, a pins, a bag etc.. just ask me and we'll work something out ^^

Customs/custom refsheets

- To order a custom or a custom refsheet you'll need to fill a google form that's linked in each section.- Every DM I get with a Custom/Custom ref request will be ignored.- Please be sure to know what you want when you take either format and be as specific as possible.- Read carefully the description of each form as there are details that may help you filling the form properly- I reserve the right to decline a request if I don't find it detailed enough to work efficiently on it.- If I decline a custom or refsheet commission, I'll DM you to tell you it has been declined. You don't have to answer, but don't be rude or you'll be blacklisted.

Edits/Changes

- I'll send WIPs throughout the process of the artwork, don't hesitate to point out anything that you feel is wrong! Take your time. ^^- I won't make any drastic changes to an almost finished piece without extra fees, and sometimes I won't do them if it changes too much of the artwork.- Drastic changes I can do with extra fees: changing the whole design last minute, asking me to change the position last minute etc..- Any drastic changes after the coloring step will have an extra fee of 20% of the total price each
